Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied, so all courses purchased on Avada can be refunded within 30 days for only technical & language reasons like software and system compatibility. Please don’t buy course just to take refunds. For whatever reason, if you don’t want the course, raise a refund request at +919198747810 (Whatsapp Only) and the fees will be refunded for genuine reasons because it’s a digital course and we can’t delete your access. We will try our best to provide refunds as soon as possible but it may take 10-15 days. We request you to be patient while we’re processing it.

Most refunds are returned via the original payment method. Please note that certain restrictions may apply and some purchases may only be eligible for wallet refunds. For more information, please see below.

How to Request a Refund

You can quickly request a refund by contacting our support team. You can also make a refund request by clicking on the ellipses at the top right-hand corner of the course player, and then by selecting Request a refund.

When you submit a refund request, please be sure to include the course URL.
